Hi! I’m Sarah.
I want to give you the tools you need to love your body and feel strong and confident in all areas of life. Fitness is intimidating. It is personal, emotional, and often ties into our deepest insecurities. I know how overwhelming it is to try diet after diet, only to find yourself back where you started. I’ve been there. After years of hating my body, hating health foods, and being terrified of the gym, I decided to make a change. I studied hard, certified as a personal trainer and a nutrition coach, and changed my relationship with wellness forever.
Since then, I have worked with clients of all ages and abilities (literally–we’re talking ages 14-101!) to achieve a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I did the studying so you don’t have to. Join me on this journey to find balance in life and wellness. Let’s reach your full potential together!
